WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Mark Alford (MO-04) introduced the Regulatory Agenda Clarity Act. The legislation will support American families and business owners by requiring federal agencies to fully disclose how their regulations would impact small businesses and entrepreneurs.

But, for too long, power-hungry bureaucrats in Washington have issued mountains of regulations aimed at crushing Main Street families. Our Regulatory Agenda Clarity Act will fight back against these bureaucrats and bring much-needed clarity by requiring agencies to clearly outline how a proposed rule would impact small businesses and entrepreneurs,” said Congressman Alford.
