Today, Congressman Mark Alford (MO-04), the Chairman of the House Small Business Committee’s Oversight, Investigations, and Regulations Subcommittee, issued the following statement after the United States Senate voted to confirm the Hon. Kelly Loeffler as the head of the Small Business Administration (SBA).

“With President Trump back in the White House, unified Republican control of Congress, and Kelly Loeffler finally confirmed, the message to American small businesses is clear: help is on the way,” said Congressman Alford. “Under the Biden Administration, small businesses were devastated by raging inflation, supply chain bottlenecks, and oppressive overregulation. I look forward to working with Administrator Loeffler to support small businesses by expanding and enhancing the Trump tax cuts, cutting Biden’s red tape, and getting SBA workers out of the swamp and into rural communities.”
