Washington, DC – Earlier tonight, Congressman Mark Alford (MO-04) gave the following speech on the floor of the House of Representatives to honor the Chiefs most recent AFC Championship.

Congressman Alford issued the following statement:

“My team and I could not be prouder of the Kansas City Chiefs. Four times in the last five seasons, our Chiefs have been to the Super Bowl, and two of those have resulted in lifting the Lombardi Trophy.

We cannot wait to watch them lift it again on Sunday night. Let’s go Chiefs!”
