Hey folks,

We are still in our October District Work Period!

Recently, we traveled to the Middle East, and we're excited to share more about this trip soon. While we were there, we were honored to meet with Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant to discuss the critical need for Congress to continue standing by our ally during these volatile times.

We reaffirmed our commitment to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Israel against the forces of evil trying to wipe it off the map. We cannot allow Iran and its proxies to continue destabilizing the region.

As our nation approaches this critical election, I want to remind you of the power and importance of your vote. Voting is not just a civic duty—it’s the foundation of our democracy and the most direct way to make our voices heard. Whether it’s ensuring the safety and security of our nation, defending our personal freedoms, or standing up for the values we hold dear, your vote is how we shape the future of our communities and our country. Every election is an opportunity to protect what we’ve built and work toward a better tomorrow.

For those who may face challenges in getting to the polls on Election Day, Missouri offers a great solution—no-excuse in-person absentee voting. This means you can vote early without needing a specific reason, giving you the flexibility to cast your ballot in advance and to ensure that nothing gets in the way of your voice being heard. I encourage everyone to take advantage of this option if Election Day is a busy time for you. It’s easy, secure, and ensures that your vote counts. Click here to find your local election authority, who can give you more details about this great option.

This election is about more than just candidates—there are important issues on the ballot, including Amendment 3. While it’s framed as a measure to protect "reproductive freedom," the policy of Amendment 3 goes much further, opening the door to policies that undermine the sanctity of life. As your voice and your vote in Washington, we believe in life-affirming care for both the mother and the precious child that God is growing inside of her. Missouri is a pro-life state, and our government should always offer true support and compassion for families facing difficult choices, without compromising the protection of innocent life.

As America moves closer to Election Day, I urge you to take the time to research the issues and candidates, and to encourage your friends, family, and neighbors to do the same. Our collective voice can drive meaningful change. Americans have the opportunity to stand up for the values that matter most—faith, family, and freedom. This election will set the course for our future, and together, Americans can ensure that it reflects the best of what we believe in.

The future of Missouri and of our nation is in your hands. Thank you, and may God bless you and our great state of Missouri.

Real America's Voice

FEMA's job is to manage emergencies for Americans, not to facilitate the influx of illegal immigrants this administration is allowing into our country.

Republicans are voting to ensure that FEMA funds are reserved for actual disaster recovery, helping US citizens in times of crisis.

SWMO Commissioners Meeting

We hopped over to Lawrence County at the Law Enforcement Center to meet with other southwestern Missouri Commissioners and Federal Office Representatives for one of the bi-annual meetings.

Commissioners in the region get to come together and hear updates from Congressional offices and each other. We saw a great presentation that included data research on how county employee benefits compare statewide, and we got a tour of the new Lawrence County Law Enforcement Center.

We’re proud to have Hickory, Cedar, Barton, Dade, Polk, Dallas, and Webster Counties in MO-04 be a part of this region!

Protecting the Innocent:

We believe in life affirming care for the mother and the child God is growing inside of her.

Abortion is not reproductive freedom. We must protect the innocent unborn.

Justice is Served:

Justice has been served by the brave men and women of the Israeli military. Yahya Sinwar, the mastermind of the horrific October 7th massacre, has been eliminated. His life was filled with hatred for Israel and for freedom. His death is a step toward peace and security for the Israeli people.

Let this be a message to Hamas and its supporters: Israel will not back down. The strength of the Jewish people and their fight for freedom and security cannot be broken. Terror and antisemitism will never overcome the spirit of liberty.

But this is not the end of Israel’s struggle. They continue to face threats from Iran and its proxies, from Hamas, and from Hezbollah. And, the pathetic weakness we are seeing from the Harris-Biden administration is only making things worse.

Israel’s future depends on our continued support. We must ensure that the bond between the U.S. and Israel remains unshakable, standing together against those who seek to destroy freedom and democracy.

Fentanyl is a Public Health Crisis:

Our team has been hosting fentanyl forums across Missouri to raise awareness about the public health crisis hitting our communities.

Fentanyl is flooding into our country, fueled by China and our porous southern border. Every state is now a border state—we must work together to stop this poison before more lives are lost.

Update on the Assassination Attempt on President Trump:

This report is shocking. Law enforcement had suspicions about the Trump shooter 40 minutes before the attack. Yet, this vital information didn’t make it to the Secret Service in time. This is an unacceptable failure. We MUST do better.
